FIGHTING FISH

Fighting Fish

Betta splendens, also known as “multicolored fighting fish” in Chinese, is famed for its splendid and vibrant color. With its fins flowing like the glamorous dress of Flamenco dancers, it’s a highly iconic ornamental fish.

Inspired by the swimming figure of the fighting fish, designer Yi-Hsuan Lee managed to capture the fascinating moment when its fins spread out ethereally as turning in a trice. Through the design of forefinger ring, the dynamic vigor of ebullience is perfectly displayed.

Meanwhile, the ring also has an embedded blessing that goes, “Wherever you are, may you feel as contented and comfortable as a carefree fish.”

Sapphire

Being the most recognized and beloved blue gem, sapphire is born with a mysterious and mesmerizing color which seems to own a magic that enchants whoever sees it at first glance.

Used to embellish the robes of royalty for centuries, it’s still the symbolization of nobility today. The love token given to Kate from Prince William is exactly the sapphire ring that once belonged to his mother, Princess Diana.

When it comes to color, the Kashmir “Cornflower Blue” rarely found today is the most legendary one. Nowadays, it’s the “Royal Blue” that receives the highest praise and esteem.
