Material Standards
The value of jewelry begins with the rarity of its materials. We take responsibility for ensuring the quality and authenticity of every material we use.
Center Stone
All center stones are natural gemstones. We do not use stones with diffusion treatment, glass filling, irradiation, dyeing, coating, composite construction, acid treatment with resin filling, or other comparable enhancements. Synthetic gemstones and simulants are never substituted for or misrepresented as natural gemstones.
Preference is given to diamonds with a color grade of D to F, a clarity grade of FL to VS1, and a cut that meets or approaches the Ideal Cut standard. Diamonds weighing exactly 1.00, 2.00, or other whole-carat weights are avoided to help minimize the risk of significant loss in value due to wear over time.
Preference is given to colored gemstones with medium to medium-dark tone, high saturation, eye-clean clarity, well-proportioned shapes, symmetrical faceting, and high brilliance.
Accent Stone
All accent stones are natural gemstones. We do not use stones with glass filling, irradiation, dyeing, coating, composite construction, acid treatment with resin filling, or other comparable enhancements. Synthetic gemstones and simulants are never substituted for or misrepresented as natural gemstones.
For diamond accents, preference is given to stones featuring the Hearts and Arrows Cut to achieve optimal brilliance. For colored gemstone accents, preference is given to stones with precise faceting to create a harmonious and consistent visual effect once set.
Precious Metal
All 18K gold used must have a minimum gold purity of 75%.
