Cathay Life Star 2018

The Cathay Life Star series marked LUMIN GARDEN’s first collection of bespoke jewelry created specifically for a corporate organization. Inspired by the tradition of championship rings in professional sports, Cathay Life Insurance commissioned these brooches to recognize its sales professionals who achieved MDRT qualification, transforming professional achievement into a lasting symbol of distinction.

MDRT, short for Million Dollar Round Table, is an international independent association for financial services professionals. Membership is highly selective and recognized as a significant benchmark of professional achievement within the insurance and financial services industry.

The brooch integrates the symbols of both organizations, making the wearer’s professional identity and achievement immediately recognizable. The Cathay Life tree emblem is rendered in a raised, sculptural form, creating depth and dimension within the design. Each brooch is also engraved with the recipient’s name, making every piece uniquely personal and transforming it into a lasting symbol of individual achievement and honor.
