Emergence of Thoughts

Close your eyes, reach out, and turn the doorknob.

The moment the door opens, a school of jellyfish emerges, drifting upward with transparent and weightless grace, as if gravity has momentarily disappeared.

Surrounded by the jellyfish, a cat floats in midair, reaching out to catch the golden spheres dancing above. Carried by the turbulent currents rising upward, the winged golden spheres carry a key as they drift toward a distant boundary.

I seek to portray a world shaped by consciousness, where countless thoughts transform freely and abstract ideas take physical form. The cat represents the conscious self; the jellyfish embody the countless thoughts constantly flowing and wandering through the mind; and the delicate winged spheres represent fleeting ideas that suddenly emerge. The doorframe symbolizes the existing frameworks of thought, while the key represents the means of unlocking deeper layers of the subconscious.

I often find myself pursuing visible achievements in the external world while overlooking the connections and changes taking place within. From time to time, these intangible thoughts turn the doorknob and push me into a world of consciousness, allowing me to glimpse what lies behind the things I seek—their deeper nature and the forces that drive them.
