Homeland is LUMIN GARDEN’s first jewelry creation centered on family heritage and ancestral roots.

A collector who had made Taiwan his home commissioned this bespoke brooch to honor the ties that connect his family across thousands of miles, with relatives established in Malaysia and Tahiti. The work was created as a tribute to these far-reaching bonds of heritage—a reminder of where he came from and the roots that continue to connect his family.

The brooch features an 11 mm Tahitian black pearl as its centerpiece. On either side, Arista Lee incorporates the crescent and fourteen-pointed star, symbols of Malaysia, seamlessly weaving the collector’s family heritage into the design. Like a personal family crest, the brooch transforms a story of lineage and belonging into a piece of jewelry.

The pearl is distinguished by its crisp, luminous luster, captivating blue-green overtone, and exceptionally clean surface, making it a rare and outstanding example of its kind.
