Wing to Wing

According to the Erya, one of the earliest surviving Chinese dictionaries, a mythical bird known as the biwing bird was said to inhabit the southern lands. With only one eye and one wing, the male and female birds had to rely on each other to fly. They were therefore always found together, inseparable in flight and in life.

Inspired by this enduring legend, LUMIN GARDEN designer Yi-Hsuan Lee created WING TO WING, a pair of wedding bands in which each ring represents a single wing, designed for couples about to begin their life together.

The design features refined radial relief lines that evoke the layered structure of feathers. While the women's ring is distinguished by eight small diamonds, both rings are mirror images of one another. Placed side by side, they form a complete pair of wings—an elegant symbol of two people joining together and embarking on a shared journey.
