LUMIN GARDEN’s first customized colored diamond ring is a very special token for engagement in the midwinter, which seems to declare to the world: “True love is like snow, clean and pure; company is like winter sun, warm and lovely.”

This two-tone designed engagement ring adopts yellow and white diamonds, echoing gold and silver interlaced and keeping the harmony on each other in the vivid contrast. Inside the ring, it is engraved with the classic line “You complete me” citing the movie “Jerry Maguire,” symbolizing the two to know and to cherish each other well. They become complete because of the mutual complements.

Yellow Diamond

General colorless diamond is an aligned beautiful crystal formed by carbon tetrahedral structure. During the process of formation, if nitrogen permeates inside and replaces carbon, the diamond will tend to yellow, so the more nitrogen inside the diamond, the yellower it shows.

In the GIA(Gemological Institute of America) diamond grading system, the yellow saturation higher than the “Z” grade is classified as colored diamond. The yields of colored diamonds are much rarer than those of general diamonds. The Fancy Vivid and the Fancy Intense are the two highest levels. If the colors render to pure gold, the market people will give them beautiful nicknames – “Canary Yellow Diamonds”.
